Thank you for taking the time to fill out this dog adoption survey. Opening your home and heart to an animal in need is one of the most rewarding experiences. Your information will remain confidential. Please remember that Zion’s Mission only adopts out within New York City, New Jersey and Long Island, or anywhere within a 2 hour drive from Queens, NY.
When we have a dog that is ready to be adopted, we will refer to our adoption survey list. If your survey looks good, we will email you with all the information we have about the animal and continue the adoption process. If we do not hear from you in a timely manner, we will move on to the next person who wishes to adopt the same dog and reach out to you again if we have another dog who we believe may also be a good fit for you, so please keep an eye on your emails and check your spam folder in case.
